Business: Power, manipulation, dominance, fear can strip people of their autonomy and dignity. As an agile coach, I build trust with people in organizations (from executives to knowledge workers) to aid them on their journey of seeing these anti-patterns and their effect on the organization, and help them grow out of them into healthier patterns. I study and coach to ideas that motivate people; purpose, autonomy and mastery. Church Incubation: With my wife Bridgette, we’re currently working in our neighborhood to investigate the needs of our local context and minster from that vantage point.
