These aren’t just starting points, but spaces you’ll return to again and again as your work deepens to refuel on ideas and connect with community.

Below are two simple ways to step into the conversation

Roundtables bring faith and community leaders, trusted advisors, and community partners together for connection, inspiration, and practical strategies through free workshops and field trips.

Good Acres Online Hub is your everyday gathering place for ongoing learning and collaboration. The Hub is where the Good Acres network share insights, access curated resources, and stay connected between Roundtables.

    • Community learning on topics such as property transformation, financial sustainability, and neighborhood partnership

    • Shared stories from congregations at different stages of their journey

    • Connection with other faith leaders, community partners and advisors asking similar questions

    • Updates on city-wide initiatives, grants, and resources

    • Hands-on exploration through site visits or interactive workshops

    • Pastors, clergy, and congregational leaders

    • Lay leaders, trustees, and property or finance teams

    • Community partners and nonprofit leaders

    • Trusted advisors including real estate professionals, developers, planners and architects

    • Anyone curious about how faith-owned property can serve mission and neighborhood

Roundtable Gatherings are open to all and focus on:

  • The heartbeat of our Roundtables are the connected relationships within our network. Roundtables are an opportunity to meet like-minded community leaders and engage in conversation around the table about what it means to be ‘congregations in community’.

  • Roundtable conversations center on shared learning and storytelling - drawing from real experiences to timely themes shaping congregations in community. On our “field trip” months, we take learning into the neighborhood, where attendees hear stories directly from practitioners in our network while encounter inspiring models in action.

  • Each gathering involves access to a practical tool or guided practice that attendees can use with their own congregations to continue exploring the concepts discussed. (Some tools are share digitally, while others are introduced and practiced together in person!)
