Climate Ready Neighborhoods helps you build a Resilience Plan over the course of a year. The Resilience Plan is a yearlong roadmap that turns everyday actions into lasting neighborhood resilience.

After your onboarding as a POD, you can join network meetings based on the 6 resilience areas, attend office hours, access planning tools and resources, and track your resilience progress.
This journey is about learning from the network, building with partners, and maintaining connections-all while creating a clear, trackable plan for resilience in your community.
