The Roadmap is how Good Acres walks alongside congregations ready to reimagine their land.

The Good Acres Roadmap is a guided journey from where you are to where you’re called to grow.

Built around your people, your place, and your purpose, this is a journey you don’t walk alone.

From early questions to next steps, the Roadmap offers clarity, direction, and support.

How your Roadmap Works

Every Roadmap begins with three core components that guide your journey:

A winding road diagram showing four steps for a process. Step 1: Congregation Profile, marked with a location pin icon and labeled with number 1. Step 2: Custom Program Plan, marked with an icon of a pathway and labeled with number 2. Step 3: Milestone Meetings, marked with speech bubbles and labeled with number 3. The top of the road has a large marker labeled 'Road Map'.
  • A clear snapshot of your congregation’s property, finances, and mission -  offering the clarity needed to ground the journey ahead.

  • Your tailored roadmap.
This plan connects your goals with the Good Acres suite of offerings — tools, workshops, coaching, and partnerships — all selected to align with your congregation’s needs, capacity, and aspirations.

  • Regular check-ins that keep your journey moving forward.
These sessions help you track progress, adapt strategies, and celebrate wins along the way.

The right section has a lightbulb icon and reads 'GOOD FUTURES ACCELERATOR.' The bottom section features a puzzle piece icon and says 'PROJECT CONSULTING.' The left section displays a pen and open book icon with the text 'LEARNING SESSIONS.'

Along your Custom Roadmap Plan, you will explore the Good Acres Suite of Offerings.

These tools are here to serve your congregation’s unique path.

You won’t have to choose on your own, during your intake we’ll discern the right steps together and guide you through each option.

AUDIT

Property Transformation Audit Details

  • The Property Transformation Audit is a guided, data-driven diagnostic assessment that helps faith-organizations evaluate their readiness to transform their property into mission-aligned community assets. This tool has been created by Mission Management Company and is facilitated by Good Acres.

    • For congregations seeking clarity before making decisions about new uses, partnerships, or development.

    • Aligns faith leaders, advisors, and partners around a clear, realistic understanding of financial, organizational, and property readiness - early in the process.

  • The Property Transformation Audit is a 3-step process, guided by the Good Acres team.

    • Kickoff: We begin with a kickoff meeting to introduce the audit and align congregational leadership.

    • Surveys: Leaders complete brief surveys, with additional property and financial input from the pastor or treasurer.

    • Findings: Good Acres facilitates a findings workshop and conversations by providing a report, summary deck, and recommended pathways forward.

The audit process concludes with clear next steps to support informed, mission-aligned decisions about property, partnerships, or development.

  • Single-cycle process (typically 4–6 weeks in total).

  • PASSENGER: We sit alongside you, guiding and interpreting results, and recommending next steps and best practices.

  • $2,500

We don’t want funding to be a barrier, contact our team to learn about potential support in covering this cost.
