The Property Transformation Audit is a 3-step process, guided by the Good Acres team.
Kickoff: We begin with a kickoff meeting to introduce the audit and align congregational leadership.
Surveys: Leaders complete brief surveys, with additional property and financial input from the pastor or treasurer.
Findings: Good Acres facilitates a findings workshop and conversations by providing a report, summary deck, and recommended pathways forward.
The audit process concludes with clear next steps to support informed, mission-aligned decisions about property, partnerships, or development.
